Yogilates™: A great class for people of all levels, learn proper form and essential exercises from both Pilates and hatha yoga. As created by veteran yoga instructor and certified Pilates instructor Jonathan Urla, Yogilates classes start with awareness and release of unnecessary tension, then teach you to connect deep breathing with your center. Alignment is always focused on for safety and effectiveness, as is core strength to create better control and grace of movement. Designed to give you more rapid and balanced development of the body in an efficient, flowing and fun workout, routines may include dance and rehabilitative exercises as well as traditional yoga postures to give you a stronger and longer body, with increased range of motion, coordination, and balance. Ending traditionally with guided meditation and healing thoughtfulness helps the practitioner to achieve physical and spiritual peace. No prior Pilates or yoga experience is necessary for these classes.
Pilates Mat: This is the classic matwork of Joseph Pilates refined for all levels. Famous for flattening the abs and developing core strength, Pilates mat also improves posture, alignment, and focus. Plates Synergy Flow: A cardio workout plus high-intensity Pilates floor and standing exercises utilizing weights and resistance tubing! This new class from Yogilates creator Jonathan Urla, covers it all with aerobic dance, intense core matwork with Theraband, free weights and other props, and then standing strengthening and dynamic stability moves for a major fat burning, body strengthening, super sculpting workout. No other workout integrates it all like Synergy Flow - a fun, fat-burning workout perfect for athletes & Pilates devotees.
Barre Fusion: A brand new class created by Jonathan Urla that is designed to tone and lengthen your body while also improving balance and grace. Evolved from classic ballet exercises done at the barre, mixed in with super-efficient toning work for the legs, arms, hips, abs, and buns, no other class will firm your legs and sculpt your thighs like Barre Fusion. Moreover, Jonathan has incorporated Pilates core work to sculpt the torso, and targeted toning exercises for the arms so that even when your dancing, your creating a better looking body. Class is done in ballet slippers, bare feet, or socks.

I got the video and tried it for the first time yesterday. I am thrilled and I wish you the best of luck. Can't wait till the advanced one comes out. I have been working out for the past 7 years, step aerobics, and recently tae bo (which I eventually felt was too aggresive for me). I have a most stressful job and am now trying to get pregnant, and so I was looking for something to relieve my stress and tone my body without all the unnecessary jumping around. Yogilates is it.
