Hi! I am speechless...
The point is that I consider you,Jonathan, my doctor or better
to say a healer. You give me that healing-restoring of my body
that nothing else is able to give. It happens every time as
I use your creation DVDs Yogilates 2 and 3. Actually I feel
the (power I don't know why but the word "power" somehow
doesn't fit here)restoration of not only my body but my world
inside of me. Peace comes just by breathing with You - Yogilates.

I just wanted to
start off by saying thank you! I started your programs in March,
I have lost over 50 lbs. since then! I was diagnosed with MS
last year, and I am not able to do most exercises, but your
Yogilates has been a lifesaver! The main reason I was writting
was that I wanted to see if you do any type of franchising?
I would love to open one of your studios here. I tell people
about how wonderful your program is all the time, and would
love to be able to have a studio to help people like me, and

Dear Jonathan,
I have been practicing yoga for 13 years and
mat pilates for 2 years. What i found is that pilates was good
for strengthening but it didn't give me the deep stretching
I need due to a back injury. Yoga was good at stretching but,
unless you have an hour and a half a day to devote to it, it
isn't the best for strength.
What a relief to finally discover Yogilates and your very fine
dvd's. Finally a workout that doesn't feel like a workout.
I can start the dvd feeling as if I'll never make it through
the first ten minutes and before i know it, the hour is up
and im already in corpse pose. You have combined the best of
the two disciplines and i am very grateful for that.
Thank you for creating your excellent program. It has greatly
improved my strength and flexibility while reducing my stress
level noticeably.

You rock!! I just purchased and used your Pilates & The
City Intermediate Workout and I could not be happier. I had
previously tried to use a competitor's product (Windsor Pilates)
but was ultimately disappointed. I ended up giving the DVD's
away. Your style of instruction is stellar! And your routine
flows better than any others I've been exposed to. There's
no 'undo' hype about your program. This truly is the real deal.
As a former aerobics instructor and newly converted Yogilates-aholic,

I got the video and tried it for the first time yesterday.
I am thrilled and I wish you the best of luck. Can't wait
till the advanced one comes out. I have been working out
for the past 7 years, step aerobics, and recently tae bo
(which I eventually felt was too aggresive for me). I have
a most stressful job and am now trying to get pregnant, and
so I was looking for something to relieve my stress and tone
my body without all the unnecessary jumping around. Yogilates
is it.

I have been doing yoga for about a year and I was not getting
what I wanted. May have been the teacher, but I was tired
of the same ole' routine. I like Pilates but no one in my

Just wanted to let you know that I have the first workout tape
and love it. Can work through the entire tape even at the
end of the longest day and not feel I am forcing myself to

Hi Jonathan,
I wanted to let you know I received Yogilates II and tried
it out this evening and I absolutely love it!!!!! It has
some new and innovating moves that I'm not used to doing
and I felt it had such a well rounded mix of stretch, pilates,
yoga and even some relaxation that I couldn't be happier!!

Dear Jonathan,
I received your video today and I LOVE IT! I am the artistic
director of a pre-professional ballet school and company
and between teaching and rehearsals I never have time to
give myself a workout or a decent class. I am pregnant with
our second child and your video is perfect! I needed something
more intense than yoga and this is it! Of course, I have
to modify some of the ab stuff because I am in my 4th month
of pregnancy but I can't wait to do everything full out once
I have delivered. I am recommending your classes to some
dancers I know in NYC. Thank you and please tell me when
the even more advanced video comes out!
