BARRE 2.0
Thursdays 9:30am - 10:30am EST (New York)
Class Description: Incorporating exercises from ballet and dance technique, this is a refined Barre class that safely and effectively sculpts and tones your whole body. Utilizing a flowing sequence of movements that follow a musical rhythm, muscles are precisely targeted while also developing better balance, coordination, and grace. Open to all levels. Ballet slippers or bare feet recommended.
Classical Pilates Mat
Fridays 12:30pm EST
Class description: Learn to master authentic Pilates matwork with master teacher Jonathan Urla. Create balanced muscular development, improve flexibility, control, balance, and awareness. Props and mats provided.
Foam Roller Class
Saturdays 10:30am EST
Learn how to utilize the versatile foam roller for both myofascial release and exercises to lengthen muscles, release tension, and develop greater awareness of alignment. This wonderful new prop has been used in physical therapy and private Pilates sessions for years, and integrates well with therapeutic yoga applications.Previous experience with foam rollers not necessary.
Yogilates®

Combining breath, balance and focus, this Yogilates® intermediate level workout integrates Pilates core-strengthening sequence fused with complimentary poses from hatha yoga to lengthen, strengthen, and relieve mind and body.
